Check-in time is between 15:00 (3PM) and 21:00 (9PM) every day. We kindly ask you to let us know what time you plan to arrive.
Credit cards are not accepted at the villa. Guests can pay by bank transfer or with cash on arrival.
If the guests do not pay within 30 days before arrival, they lose the right to a reservation, of which they will be notified in the same way as the reservation was made (via e-mail, telephone, whatsapp, viber, etc.)
Cancellation is free of charge within 30 days prior to arrival.
In case of cancellation within a period of less than 30 days before the booked arrival, a refund is not possible. However, it is possible to change the date of arrival, if there is a free date. It is also possible to change the name and surname of the guest.
The change fee is 150 kn / 20 €, for each change. The guest can make a maximum of two changes, after which a refund is no longer possible.
We do not allow pets in the suites.
No, smoking is not allowed in the suites.
Children of all ages are welcome. The capacities of our accommodation units are, depending on the choice, for 2 or 4 people, including children. An extra bed can be added to each suite on request. The fee for using an extra bed is 150 kn / 20 € per day.
